For students entering 2nd-8th grade, and adults
Spend a day with the rays and be a part of a world-class Zoo exhibit. Learn what it takes to keep Stingrays at Caribbean Cove working for the animals and the visitors. You'll learn how to prepare food, feed the animals, and help visitors at the exhibit. You will test the water quality, help with routine cleaning and maintenance of the stingray exhibit, and assist in preparing the daily reports. You will help teach the visitors about the stingrays, and how to interact with them in the touch pool. Please wear a t-shirt, khaki or jean shorts and old shoes. Bring a bottle of water and a camera if you like. A Saint Louis Zoo nametag, snack, and lunch will be provided. Note: Indicate any allergies to shellfish and or latex on the registration form.
