Fantastic Felines

ROAR and PURR! Cats are some of the most recognizable animals in the world. In this class, we will learn the differences between big and small cats as we investigate cat adaptations and visit some of our cats at the Zoo.

Birds Of Prey

Come meet live birds of prey and learn what makes them special in the bird world. "Build" a bird of your own as you discover these winged predators and discuss the adaptations that help them survive.

The Invisible World

During this two-day class, discover the fascinating wonders of the world not seen by the naked eye. Learn how microscopes work and discover what everyday objects (and some not seen everyday) look like magnified up to 120 times! We will also look for wild critters collected from a local pond that can only be seen under a microscope.
