Talking Bones

Do you have any skeletons in your closet? Well, we do - hundreds of them - and we want to share them with you. The bones of animals can tell us how they moved, what they ate, and how big they were. Come dig around in our bone collection and see what you may discover.

Grossology 101

In this class, gross is good! You will have an up-close, personal experience with hairballs and slime-producing creatures, while learning about different careers that involve investigating gross things. We will make a collection of your very own gross things using the scientific method.

Serpents

Serpents range in size from just a few inches to over 30 feet in length. Most can swallow food items that are 3 to 4 times bigger than the size of their own head. Come and learn about this diverse group of reptiles and their fascinating adaptations.
