Junior Keeper

For students entering 5th - 6th grade

Find out what it is really like to be a keeper at the Saint Louis Zoo. In this class, we will meet live animals, solve “keeper challenges," and play a game or two. We will explore all the different things keepers do every single day to ensure the health and well-being of our animals. So get ready to “dig in” for this exciting hands-on keeper experience. NOTE: Wear old clothes and shoes.

Photo Safari

For students entering 5th - 6th grade

Join us to discover some of the Zoo’s most impressive animals and how to take their pictures. We will provide a digital camera for each participant to use while we learn about photography at the Zoo. Come back the second week to assemble your photos in a special memory photo album to take home. Film development included. We look forward to having you in this fun art and animals program!
