Animal Scene Investigation

Come and discover how scientists study what animals leave behind to learn more about them. Scientists use bones, teeth, tracks, insects and scat to investigate animal mysteries. In this class, you will be the scientist and apply what you learn to help identify and even find the time of death of an artificial animal “corpse.” You will also get a chance to go on a mini mystery quest by following animal clues to reveal an exciting take-home treasure! Join us as we test our scientific observation skills!

Limited to 18 students per session.
Instructors: Mike Dawson, Naturalist-Instructor
