Artsy Animals

Do you like art? Here at the Zoo we do lots of artsy stuff featuring our favorite muses, the animals. This isn't just any art class; we will learn how our animals make their own paintings and then participate in some painting of our own. From creating towel animals to sketching, we will work with different media to make our own animals. Every participant will leave with a paper craft to be finished at home.

Limited to 20 students per session.

Predator Impact

Although they live by the death of other animals, predators play an important role in the ecosystem. In this class, we will look at unique hunting adaptations these predators use, as well as discover the value of predators. We will also tour selected areas of the Zoo to see some of our meat-eaters and learn how we care for them.

Limited to 18 students per session.
