Photography at the Zoo

If you are interested in photography and are an animal lover, this two-day class is for you! Bring your 35mm single lens reflex camera or auto-zoom camera for this special opportunity. Classes will include instruction, demonstrations and photo critiques as we learn some of the tips used by the pros to take animal photographs. A roll of color film and development provided.

Wildlife Mysteries (NEW!)

Do you like to solve mysteries? In this two-day class, you will find out the importance of wildlife biology through conducting investigations of aquatic habitats at the Zoo, Forest Park and Columbia Bottoms Conservation Area. We will explore some of the skills wildlife biologists use to investigate current problems with today's aquatic ecosystems including the mystery of vanishing amphibian populations. This program is part of the Wildlife Adventure Series. Note: Wear old clothes and shoes that can get MUDDY! Bring a lunch and a beverage each day.
