Are You Up to the Challenge?
ZooQuest is a challenging quest-based program, taking place on Saint Louis Zoo grounds. Part trivia challenge and part scavenger-hunt, it guarantees your team will never look at the Saint Louis Zoo the same way again. You'll notice signs you usually walk right past, colors that aren't usually noticed, and details that make the Zoo unique. For example, do you know how many animals on the Conservation Carousel have purple saddles? Family ZooQuest has "easier" to solve parts for the children, with harder challenges for adults, but you'll have to work together to complete your quests! Using observation and time-management skills to solve the puzzle-based quests, it's sure to be a day of education and fun!
Animal Mystery Adventure
Clues, tracks, and scat, oh my! This spring, Family ZooQuest is going on an animal mystery adventure! Part scavenger hunt and part trivia challenge, ZooQuest isn't your typical family outing to the Zoo. This ZooQuest will consist of an animal clue hunt that includes group challenges, hidden clues, and puzzles in different areas of the Zoo. This family-friendly event has problems for both children and adults to solve, but you'll have to work together to complete your quest. So grab your safari hats and hand lenses and let's go on an adventure!
Teams
ZooQuest teams must consist of at least one, but no more than two adults, and at least one, but no more than three children (minimum of two and maximum of five per team). Children must be in 1st through 6th grade. The adult(s) must be the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) participating in the program.
