Join us for a tour that visits animals from some of the coldest places on Earth. Students will compare and contrast the characteristics and adaptations of bears, penguins, puffins and other cold weather friends, and examine convergent evolution.

How is it that the sun and the organisms eaten by animals are connected? As we visit Big Cat Country and the Antelope Yards, we will investigate the many ways animals obtain their food. We will examine predator-prey relationships, food chains and webs that all illustrate the energy transfer among organisms in an ecosystem.
