Breakfast Menu

Indulge your family and friends this holiday season by treating them to a gourmet, festive breakfast at Lakeside Cafe in the heart of the Zoo. Each private table will be dressed with linen and china. Relax and enjoy the catered meal including ham and cheese or spinach quiche for adults and French toast sticks for children, sausage links, seasonal fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes and choice of beverages.

Bonus Feature

Holiday costumed characters will delight children as they visit the tables. When Santa makes his grand appearance and fills the room with his hearty "Ho Ho Ho"s, your family will have the opportunity to take a complimentary photo with him. Children will also receive something special from the jolly man's bag of goodies. Adults won't go neglected. Santa's special gift for them is free parking.

Pre-paid reservations are required, and seating is limited.

  • Zoo Friends members: $18/child (ages 2-12); $20/adult
  • Non-members: $20/child (ages 2-12); $22/adult
  • Free for children under age two.

Dinner Menu

Relish an exquisite Italian dinner buffet in the Zoo's Painted Giraffe Café while overlooking the decorative Wild Lights display. Spaghetti with meatballs, chicken parmesan, fettuccini alfredo, garlic bread sticks, garden and caesar salads, assorted desserts and beverages comprise this delectable smorgasbord.

Bonus Feature

Meet costumed characters Rudolf, Frosty and Jolly Old Saint Nick during dinner. Knowing that it doesn't quite feel like the holidays without gift giving, Santa will present a treat to children and admission to Wild Lights with free parking to the whole family. After dinner, take an enchanted stroll around the Zoo grounds to enjoy the half-million light spectacle and activities associated with Wild Lights (open from 5:30 -8:30 p.m.).
