Where the Wild Lights Are.

November 27-29, December 4-6, 11-13, 18-23, 26-30
5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Tickets to Wild Lights will be sold until 8:15 p.m. each night.

Stroll through the Saint Louis Zoo's enchanting holiday wonderland and enjoy thousands of colorful lights, animated light displays and seasonal sounds.

Free Activities & Attractions

  • Go nose-to-beak with the birds at Penguin & Puffin Coast
  • Fireside stories sponsored by North Star Frozen Treats: Gather 'round the fire as storytellers like Tundra Tom spin wintry tales about penguins, polar bears, reindeer and other wildlife. Perhaps Arctic Annie will share chronicles of Missouri critters that live all around us. Come fluff your fur, warm your paws, and perk up your listening ears as you hear captivating animal stories.
  • Costumed characters will make appearances
  • Hear live performances by local choirs on select nights

  • Hot chocolate, family dinners and snacks will be available for purchase at Lakeside Cafe.
  • Shop Holiday Zootique during Wild Lights and receive 10% off any purchase; Zoo Friends members receive a 20% discount.

Admission & Parking

  • $4 for Zoo Friends members (no passes)
  • $5 for general public
  • Free for children under two

Online ticket orders

You may order Wild Lights tickets online for any night of the event. There are no extra fees for online orders, however a $10 minimum is required. Orders must be made before 3 p.m. on the day you plan to attend.

You must print your confirmation e-mail and present it to a volunteer at the South entrance, along with ID. (Please note, tickets will not be mailed.)

Parking

Free parking is available on the South Lot on Wells Drive near US40/I-64. Wells Drive is open to Zoo traffic during construction. Cars will be allowed to enter and exit from two entrances on the South Lot - one near Hampton Avenue and another near the Tamm Avenue bridge. Enter the event through the South Entrance using the temporary pathway from the parking lot to the Zoo.

Please note The Living World North Entrance and North Parking Lot will not be open for this event. Click here for detailed directions.

Advance Group Discount

Groups of 15 or more may receive a group rate of $4 per person by calling in advance. Groups should call (314) 646-4709.
