The Survey includes family-oriented ratings and reviews for more than 1000 sites and attractions, including amusement parks, ballparks, historic sites and monuments, national parks, zoos and more. Zagat Survey and Parenting surveyed over 11,000 avid travelers to rate family-oriented attractions across the United States
The Saint Louis Zoo is ranked the #1 zoo/animal park for the nation! Not only that, our zoo ranked at the top of the attractions, along with Magic Kingdom, Discovery Cove and Monterey Bay Aquarium, with highest combined score for child appeal, adult appeal, facilities and service.
In its description of the Saint Louis Zoo, Zagat Survey says “not only is this ‘wonderful facility’ in Forest Park ‘a great way for families to spend an entire day,’ but ‘constant improvements’ mean there’s ‘always something new’ to love each time you visit (the ‘excellent Penguin & Puffin Coast exhibit’ is already ‘very popular.’)”
