Winter at the Zoo

Today is the official start of winter, which is a great time to visit the Zoo. There’s plenty to see and do during the cold weather months. As you travel through the Zoo, you can see the winter-loving takins, penguins, Kali the polar bear and sea lions, just to name a few. You can also warm up and see hundreds of animals in our climate-controlled animal buildings. Free, timed-ticket reservations are required and available at stlzoo.org/zooreservations.
