Reptiles at Our Zoo

Huge venomous snakes. Some of the largest freshwater turtles in the world. Tuataras, whose ancestors appeared before the dinosaurs. And about 150 other species of alligators, crocodiles, lizards, snakes, turtles, and tortoises. You'll encounter them all at the Saint Louis Zoo.

Next time you visit the Zoo, be sure to look for our reptiles at the Herpetarium.
