Children With Special Needs Outreach Programs
Our programs can be presented to participants of all ages with a wide range of abilities. We will work with you to meet the unique needs of your group. Programs can be presented one time or as part of a series. Our visits have the most impact when we see a group for three visits or more. (Class size: minimum of 8, maximum of 16.)
The Saint Louis Zoo offers an outreach program that can be delivered to large groups. Fun and informative, our outreach program was designed mainly for school groups but is also appropriate for all ages and audiences. We customize the program to meet your organization's needs. We’ll engage your audience with fun animal facts and interactive learning.
Please note: because we care about our animals’ well-being, we are not able to bring live animals with us to assembly programs.
