A Race to the Finish Line!

Ready to get started on your New Year's Resolution? Join the Saint Louis Zoo on Sunday, May 22, 2022, for the 37th annual St. Louis Children's Hospital Make Tracks Through the Zoo.

Participants will once again get to run through the world-class Saint Louis Zoo! This course through Forest Park and the Zoo takes runners and walkers past some of the Zoo’s most scenic features, including the antelope and giraffe habitats, the beautiful architecture of Historic Hill, Grizzly Ridge, and Polar Bear Point. The start/finish line is located right outside The Living World building on Government Drive. Proceeds help support the conservation work of the Zoo, both here and around the world.

Virtual Run  Option

Want to support the Zoo from afar? Sign up to be a virtual runner! A virtual race is a race in which you can run (or walk) from any location you choose. You can run or jog, and you can walk on the road, trail, treadmill, track, at the gym or even at another race!

You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. During the registration process, select "virtual runner." Your registration fee will still support the Saint Louis Zoo; we will mail your shirt and finisher’s medal to you.
