Gift cards can be redeemed for souvenirs and merchandise at Zoo gift shops, Zoo estore, food and drinks, face painting, caricatures, Adventure Passes, behind-the-scenes tours, year-long memberships, admission to rides and attractions, Zoo Parent adoptions, rental of strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs, and much more.

Exceptions

At this time, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed for purchases at Starbucks, for facility rentals or gift certificates.
