Vehicle Charging Stations

The Saint Louis Zoo has two electric vehicle charging stations in the South Parking Lot. They are available for visitors for free. The units allow up to four cars to charge simultaneously and encourage “greener” travel options. Electric vehicles reduce greenhouse gas emissions, dependency on petroleum and pollution in the city. The units were installed thanks to a grant from Ameren Corporation.
